During CNC processing, there are usually cutting fluid contamination and deterioration, which not only harm the health of operators, but also causes loss of tool wear and tear, unstable workpiece quality and lower rust prevention capabilities, and increased plant oil mist and wastewater… Therefore, we decided to use an oil-water separator to purify the cutting water. However, the oil-water separators on the market (caterpillars, discs, vacuum extraction… etc.) have difficulty to achieve in terms of filtration speed and purification efficiency, which are not good enough for our company. On the other hand, imported foreign equipment is OK but too expensive, and not easy for maintainance! Under these considerations, we decided to develop a truly high-performance oil-water separator by ourselves. Although during the development, we invested a lot of manpower and material resources , mold opening, processing, power distribution, assembly, etc., it also took a lot of time and cost, but in the end, we successfully separated the required oil and water. The machine has been made, and it is currently being used in our processing department very well!
